About Dr. Tracy:
Looking to make a difference? Be yourself: silly, smart, courageous, forgiving, and reflective.
Recently, I ventured into the world of self-employment and now work as an educational consultant for personal and professional growth, curriculum development, project management, and digital organization. This step scares me but excites me as I envision a flexible life that allows for the travel I desire.
As a multi-passionate individual, I am highly interested in utilizing my skills in new capacities and continuing to grow and learn as a person and a professional. For example, I recently received my Reiki certification as an energy healer and I’m so thrilled to find ways to support healing and growth. I also joined Toastmasters International to stretch my comfort zone and build my confidence in public speaking.
My professional background includes teaching social studies and special education at the middle and high school levels, developing curricula for in-person and remote workforce professional development courses, and ESL courses for adult learners, including topics such as time management, mindset, and communication. I have a doctorate in Educational Leadership, a master’s degree in Teaching and Curriculum, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
I am also experienced in project management and event coordination for speaker events, advisory boards, and travel management.

Some fun facts about me:
